Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy. You will lead daily operations, implement lean practices, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree, and forklift certification. APICS/CPIM is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean methodologies.
• Forklift certification.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities, including fulfilling customer orders and required documentation.
• Receive goods from production, package assemblies, and log inventory transactions with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Measure and report department effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for tasks.
• Adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands.
• Enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies.
• Recommend improvements to efficiency and equipment performance.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors and serve internal customers.
