Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy in our Gainesville, GA facility. You will manage daily warehouse activities, ensure timely fulfillment of orders and maintain records.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance reviews, safety compliance, and implementing lean processes to improve efficiency. Forklift certification is preferred and APICS/CPIM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean methodologies.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and shipping activities.
• Hire and train staff; assign daily work; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
• Implement lean improvements and coordinate inter-department work.
