Job summary

PepsiCo in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across a single shift, focusing on cost efficiency, process improvements, service, and safety for the business unit.

You will coordinate receiving, shipping, and material handling, manage inventory levels to meet daily demand, and lead a team of frontline hourly staff. The role may involve forklift operation and travel less than 5%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
2+ years experience supervising front-line staff in a performance-driven environment.
Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred.
Strong leadership skills with mentoring, coaching, and team-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for one shift with focus on cost efficiency, safety and process improvements.
Coordinate receiving, shipping, and material-handling responsibilities.
Manage receipt and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.
Provide timely service to the sales department while minimizing costs.
Develop and motivate the team to solve day-to-day issues and pursue performance goals.
