PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations on a 4‑day, 12‑hour shift cycle (Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM). You will manage receiving, shipping, and material handling, drive cost efficiency and safety, and lead a frontline team to meet daily and long‑term targets.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, supervisory experience, and Lean Six Sigma exposure; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement in processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across one shift. Our Warehouse Supervisors also coordinate receiving, shipping, and material‑handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (4 days per week, 12‑hour shifts)
• Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
• Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
• Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs
• Provide timely service to the sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
• Develop and motivate your team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short‑and‑long‑term performance goals
• Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
• Communicate and collaborate cross‑functionally
• Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front‑line hourly personnel
• Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
• Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
• Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan
• You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
• This role may operate a forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally
• You may require off‑shift and weekend work with some travel (less than 5%)

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
• Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred, not required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma
• 2+ years experience with supervising front‑line staff in a performance‑driven, challenging environment
• Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, and leading a team‑based approach to decision‑making
