Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations on a 4‑day, 12‑hour shift cycle (Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM). You will manage receiving, shipping, and material handling, drive cost efficiency and safety, and lead a frontline team to meet daily and long‑term targets.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, supervisory experience, and Lean Six Sigma exposure; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• 2+ years supervising front-line staff in a performance-driven environment.
• Excel proficiency (Microsoft Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on cost efficiency, process improvement, and safety.
• Manage receiving, shipping, and material handling to support daily production and sales needs.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with frontline staff.
