Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville for 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 4:00pm–finish). You will supervise warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials, and lead a team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires managing 25–30 staff, budgeting, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of prior warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience managing people and budgets is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse/distribution supervisor role.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification is required at start.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 25–30 direct reports in warehouse operations.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities.
• Schedule staff to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels and control loss.
• Oversee shipping and receiving as applicable.
• Protect company assets and manage within budget.
