Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor I to oversee daily warehouse operations, staff supervision, and accurate loading of orders in Winston-Salem, NC. The role includes maintaining safety, performance tracking, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, plus 3 years of supervisory warehousing experience. A Bachelor's degree and SAP experience are preferred, with strong沟通能力 and math skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Logistics preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day direction to warehouse employees.
• Completes shipping and handling documentation for shipments.
• Performs inventory reconciliation.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety across shifts.
• Ensures staff are trained and adequately staffed.
• Loads orders accurately and timely for sales support.
• Oversees all warehouse operations and safety across all shifts.
• Maintains performance tracking information.
