Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, a leading healthcare company, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate and timely receipt, storage and shipment of products relied on by healthcare providers.

You will guide warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, protect inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.
• Certification / Licensure: None.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff. At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
