Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is a leading healthcare company seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and help ensure the products healthcare providers depend on are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

In this role, you will guide and develop warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, protect inventory accuracy, and continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
