Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee receiving, storage, and shipping, and ensure inventory accuracy within established procedures. You will coach staff, monitor safety, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues, while guiding performance reviews and hiring decisions.

Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and reporting.
• Audit goods received and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead day-to-day activities of warehouse employees.
• Coach and mentor team in productivity, quality, safety.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and review procedures.
