Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and help ensure the products healthcare providers depend on are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

In this role, you'll guide and develop warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, protect inventory accuracy, and continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Basic skill level.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted; oversee receipts, storage and shipments and related reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability for all materials in stores facilities.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values; ensure timely paperwork.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support hiring/performance processes.
