Job summary

Shape Technologies Group seeks a Shipping & Receiving Associate to accurately receive, stock, pick, pack and ship materials to support production schedules. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, fulfill work orders, and ensure smooth material flow throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, applies inventory control processes, and contributes to safe, timely, and error-free operations in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in shipping/receiving or warehouse preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute precision picking, packing, and shipping for orders and BOM-driven requirements.
• Receive, stock, label, and organize materials to support efficient pick paths.
• Record receipts, picks, transfers, and adjustments in WMS/ERP in real time.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances to maintain inventory accuracy.
