Job summary

Smurfit Westrock, a leader in sustainable packaging, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in the Production Department. You will develop work and production schedules, monitor quality, and ensure products are processed efficiently, aligning with production goals.

You will oversee first-shift operations, enforce safety policies, coordinate with drivers, handle orders and paperwork, and provide reports on warehouse performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in distribution or manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1st shift operations and support Warehouse teams.
• Monitor safety policies and operation of equipment.
• Plan loading and routing trucks for delivery.
• Fulfill customer orders; manage material handling and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers and provide performance reporting to management.
