Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate daily operations at their packaging solutions facility. You will direct warehouse staff and ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a warehouse clerk and demonstrates effective coaching and communication skills. The position offers an attractive salary of $21 per hour and various benefits, including medical, dental, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as warehouse clerk required.
• General fluency in English required, verbal and written.
• Physical demands to meet essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and productivity of warehouse staff.
• Train and coordinate warehouse staff on processes and equipment.
• Provide daily coaching to improve productivity and quality.
• Monitor compliance with safety policies and equipment operation.
• Fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
