Job summary

The role requires coordinating performance appraisals, attendance, and safety programs, with room for growth. This full-time position also involves planning, inventory support, and logistics tasks to maintain efficient packing, loading, and display per schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong planning and analytical abilities; achievement-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting and onboarding of warehouse staff and mentor new hires.
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel; maintain morale and productivity.
• Evaluate performances; document appraisals and set goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EEOC and related rules.
• Investigate incidents and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Schedule staff; track attendance and labor hours.
• Assist in production planning and branch P&L management.
• Oversee packing, loading, and display per schematics; ensure order accuracy.
• Support inventory counts, open houses, and warehouse sales.
• Operate forklifts during peak periods if certified (18+).
