• Experience with warehouse operations and safety compliance.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and email; experience with scanners.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff; focus on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and hiring warehouse staff and conduct 90-day orientations.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel and maintain morale for peak productivity.
• Evaluate performance, conduct appraisals, and set goals with managers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EEOC, and related regulations.
• Investigate incidents and participate in safety programs to minimize accidents.
• Schedule staff, track attendance, and support labor-hour reporting.
• Assist in production planning and Branch P&L management.
• Oversee packing, inventory, and loading procedures; coordinate vehicle/driver sheets.
• Assist with inventory counts, open houses, and warehouse sales.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and report unsafe conditions; operate forklifts if certified.
