Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Cincinnati facility. You will manage shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity to ensure accuracy and safety.

You will train associates, schedule shifts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in warehouse management systems

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred three years of warehouse distribution experience and one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including weekends and overtime.
