Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Arizona Distribution Center. You will lead a team of 20–35 staff, manage shipping/receiving, and ensure efficient storage and distribution operations.

The role emphasizes staff development, policy enforcement, and maintaining safety and accuracy across the facility. 5% travel possible; high school diploma with 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with safe receiving, storage, requisitions, shipping and delivery.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–35 warehouse employees and oversee daily operations.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and dock activities.
• Maintain safety, security, cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Train, coach and evaluate staff; hire and develop talent.
• Ensure efficient handling of inventory and distribution objectives.
