Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS to lead warehouse teams and ensure efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will oversee processes from receiving to shipping, manage overtime, and participate in physical inventory as scheduled. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected with 2+ years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years directly related and progressively responsible warehouse supervisory experience.
• Broad training in business or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively as a leader, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety/DEA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and monitors performance of warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment operations.
• Maintains precise records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements.
• Ensures adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees use of RF devices and equipment and coordinates with cage/vault staff.
