Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Olive Branch, MS facility. You will supervise the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, oversee cage/vault control, and ensure accuracy and safety in daily processes.

Role requires direct supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff while maintaining compliance with all applicable policies and DEA regulations. This position is onsite with varying shifts Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow, motivates, trains and monitors warehouse associates.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
• Coaches employees to support their development in the role.
• Oversees accuracy of receiving, picking, packing, shipping and record keeping.
