Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution center team in California. The role focuses on directing workflow, training staff, and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving operations while maintaining safety standards.

You will manage performance, enforce policies, and coordinate with cage/vault clerks to handle controlled substances and shipments. Weekend on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in business administration or related field with a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Normally requires a minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and supervises warehouse associates.
• Monitors processes to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and DEA regulations.
