Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, packaging and shipment of materials in accordance with procedures. You will lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, manage overtime within budget, and collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper receipt, storage and shipment.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
• Oversee overtime budgeting and staffing efficiency.
• Lead day-to-day activities and assign tasks to staff.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
