Red's All Natural LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory control, and ensure safety compliance.

You will lead staff, coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution, and collaborate with procurement and logistics to streamline the supply chain. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage shipping and transportation schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline supply chain activities.
