Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and control.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff and foster a team culture.
• Set priorities to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive accuracy improvements.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and shipping activities.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout to optimize flow.
• Establish safety, quality, productivity, and accountability expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Identify process improvements to support growth and efficiency.
• Use metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet inventory and customer needs.
