Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move raw materials and finished goods in our Missouri warehouse and production area.

You will load and unload trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, maintain forklift certification, use SAP, and follow GMP and PPE requirements while supporting production lines. This role requires flexibility across shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write basic job instructions.
• Must demonstrate basic operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Forklift certified by Refresco trainer.
• Experience using warehouse management software.
• Able to analyze data and optimize production parameters.
• Adhere to safety audits and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs, and wear required PPE.
• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport to designated areas.
• Validate quantities using Blind Count Sheets or SAP transactions on forklift VMU.
• Operate forklifts and other PITs in a fast-paced environment and stay forklift certified.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as needed.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and battery/propane safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Support production machine operation as needed.
