Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager (North Region) for a home-based role. The position oversees KPI data, scorecards, and audits across warehouses, and coordinates 3PL setup and SAP implementations to meet Refresco standards.

The role requires 7+ years in warehouse logistics management, strong leadership, and expertise in SAP, Excel, budgeting, and cross-functional communication. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; APICS designation an asset.
• 7+ years relevant work experience in warehouse logistics management.
• Proficient in SAP warehouse operations and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs; wear PPE.
• Plan and schedule warehouse audits; document gaps and follow-up dates.
• Manage KPI Scorecard and data trends; work with managers to reverse negative trends.
• Train 3PL providers in SAP warehouse operations and integration with Refresco standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs for consistent quality and efficiency.
• Oversee pallet handling requirements and dock scheduling tools implementation.
