Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Certification or GED; undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment; food/beverage manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
• Direct loading workforce and establish priorities to meet customer demands.
• Plan logistics with trucking firms to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement processes for efficiency.
• Manage metrics such as yield, labor efficiency, and overhead.
• Lead warehouse staff and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
