Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the warehouse team at our McDonough, GA facility. You will work with Operations leadership to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity meet company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shipments and inventory, planning production schedules, and generating reports for plant personnel. Candidates should have experience with WMS and the ability to work in cold and warm storage

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Manage procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory organization.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
