• Ensure compliance with Vertical Cold Storage policies and procedures.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile inventory with the system.
• Supervise export compliance processes and maintain documentation with customers and staff.
• Safeguard operations by enforcing security procedures and obtaining necessary authorizations.
• Investigate causes of damage and discrepancies to protect shipments.
• Inspect equipment and issue maintenance work orders.
• Enforce safety policies through inspections and coaching.
• Support HR operations and maintain confidential records.
