Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Albany, GA to oversee the warehouse team and ensure adherence to service, quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and plan resource allocation while maintaining production records and reporting to plant leadership.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in warehouse/logistics, experience with WMS, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius while wearing PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs; flexibility with schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise; maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job completion; track time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
