Job summary

Ruggable is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and ensure accuracy in material and finished goods movements. The role provides hands-on leadership, coordinating inbound/outbound activity, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate will lead warehouse associates, conduct shift meetings, train staff, and monitor safety and productivity to uphold quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate clearly.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead daily shift meetings and coach team members.
• Promote safety, compliance with OSHA, and proper use of equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
