Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Charlotte, MI to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure timely receipt, storage, and delivery of goods. The role requires someone who can optimize warehousing processes, manage inventory, and drive KPI performance.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in warehousing or supply chain, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in inventory/warehousing/supply chain.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP and warehousing processes.
• Ability to plan daily activities with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Train, supervise and evaluate performance of warehouse staff; assign workloads.
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, and deliver materials.
