Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure products healthcare providers rely on are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. The role involves guiding and developing warehouse staff, coordinating workflow, and protecting inventory accuracy while improving safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience; basic skill level.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, ensuring overtime stays within budget.
• Manage receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values; ensure timely, accurate paperwork and safe environment.
