Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped safely and on time. You will guide and develop warehouse staff, coordinate workflow, and protect inventory accuracy while driving safety, quality, productivity and equipment utilization.

You will lead hands-on, build trusted relationships with team members, communicate with candor, and own results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
Minimum 3 years warehouse experience.
Knowledge of safety, quality and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations: processing, packaging, storage; monitor overtime within budget.
Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting; ensure inventory accuracy.
Audit goods received into warehouse.
Coach and mentor team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
Lead day‑to‑day activities of employees; assign, monitor and review progress; provide technical guidance; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
