• Senses staffing: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, mentoring.
• Ensures accurate order pulling and proper sequencing on trucks.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper receiving procedures.
• Enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with health and safety policies.
