Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Glenwillow, OH. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, coach a team of associates, and ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, understands warehouse procedures, and can drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 1:30pm to finish, with a base salary of 55K–70K plus 10% bonus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years leading and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervises warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading on trucks.
• Ensures correct stock rotation and FIFO procedures.
• Promotes safety and reinforces health and safety policies.
