You will oversee loading, material handling, inventory accuracy, training, and scheduling, while liaising with the Operations Manager to improve processes.

This role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and a solid foundation in OSHA safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of warehouse experience in metals-related operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with management tools.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision: schedule, supervise, and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Operational oversight: ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
• Recruitment and training: interview, recruit, and train new employees.
• Safety compliance: maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards.
• Inventory management: oversee inventory records and accuracy.
• Equipment maintenance: inspect and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Reporting: prepare and review inventory and operations reports.
• Additional duties: perform other related tasks as assigned.
