Job summary

UPS in Nashua, NH is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, develop workgroups, and maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy and customer service. You will provide leadership across levels, coach staff, implement continuous improvement and drive accountability within the team.

You will set expectations, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to optimize workflow in a fast‑paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times, and with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, materials, evaluations, and coaching for employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
