Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities and lead material handlers. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely shipments while aligning with production needs and logistics plans.

The role requires hands-on leadership, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive efficiency in a fast-paced data-center equipment environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
Experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel.
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintains a safe, organized warehouse workspace.
Receives, stores, and tracks inventory.
Coordinates crating/packaging for component orders.
Monitors build status and supports receiving.
Monitors KPIs and costs.
Leads material handlers and ensures safety and quality.
