Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Marion/Laufen operations serving Tulsa, OK. You will supervise material flow, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate transfers to meet production schedules on-site.

The role requires 3–5 years in a warehouse/manufacturing supervisor role, with preference for MRP experience. Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the flow of materials within or between departments per production and shipping schedules or priorities.
• Ensures inventory accountability and accuracy.
• Arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
• Promotes continuous improvement and 5S in the workplace.
• Follow schedules to meet ship dates and monitor quality per ISO Quality Plan.
