Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage materials flow and inventory control at our Sperry, OK site. You will coordinate transfers, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in supervision in warehouse/manufacturing settings, and preferred MRP experience. Strong organizational, safety and 5S discipline are essential for on-site operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Previous MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules or priorities.
• Responsible for inventory accountability and accuracy.
• Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
• Encourage continuous idea generation for process improvements in cost, time, and safety.
• Ensure 5S workplace organization is applied daily.
• Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates.
• Monitor quality in accordance with ISO Quality Plan.
