Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Marion/Laufen operations serving Tulsa, OK. You will supervise material flow, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate transfers to meet production schedules on-site.

The role requires 3–5 years in a warehouse/manufacturing supervisor role, with preference for MRP experience. Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Role

Administers warehouse management functions by performing the following duties.

What you will be responsible for:

• Oversees the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department priorities.
• Responsible for inventory accountability and accuracy.
• Arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
• Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time, and safety.
• Ensure 5S (workplace organization method in the area with good housekeeping manner) is being applied on a daily basis.
• Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates.
• Monitor quality in accordance with the company ISO Quality Plan.
• Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, and the ability to work on-site
• Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 3-5 years in supervisory role in a warehouse / manufacturing environment required.
• Previous MRP experience preferred.
