Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Marion/Laufen area with responsibility for overseeing material flow, inventory accuracy, and coordination of transfers to meet production schedules. The role requires strong supervisory experience in warehousing or manufacturing and a preference for MRP exposure.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with 5S, quality plans, and ISO standards while maintaining timely ship dates and safe operations on-site at our Tulsa-area facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3-5 years in supervisory role in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Previous MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department priorities.
• Responsible for inventory accountability and accuracy.
• Arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
• Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time, and safety.
• Ensure 5S is applied on a daily basis.
• Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates.
• Monitor quality in accordance with the company ISO Quality Plan.
• Regular attendance and ability to work on-site.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and respectfully with stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
