Job summary

Fetch is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Addison, TX site, overseeing drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You’ll direct workflow, allocate labor, and ensure packages reach residents on time while upholding Fetch standards.

The role requires 1+ year in warehousing or operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts and safety. This full-time on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in warehouse, logistics, or operations environment; supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule and lift 50+ pounds; maintain safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations for receiving, sorting, staging and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate daily goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coach and develop associates; support ride-along evaluations and feedback delivery.
• Train staff on SOPs; verify ongoing SOP compliance across operations.
• Coordinate with independent contractors; onboarding, dispatching, and schedule management.
• Use WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow and KPIs; complete shift documentation accurately.
• Manage access control and respond to incidents; escalate issues to Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Resolve customer experience tickets; collaborate with support teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Model safety culture; address hazards and injuries promptly; maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for residents, vendors; escalate concerns appropriately.
