The role requires leading warehouse staff, enforcing safety protocols, and optimizing layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Proficiency in WMS and MS Office is preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in stores and logistics.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years supervisory.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Forklift certification and experience operating various warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet production and customer demands.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, including inventory status, productivity, and safety metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and reduce costs.
