Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Crystal Springs, Mississippi, to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet production and customer demands.

You will lead the team, enforce safety protocols, optimize layouts, monitor inventory, and collaborate with procurement, production and logistics to ensure timely material flow. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in stores and logistics.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years supervisory.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong WMS and inventory control knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Forklift certification and experience operating various warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Schedule, train, evaluate performance, and discipline.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain compliant work environment.
• Optimize layout and processes for efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, safety metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs.
