Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in daily distribution center operations in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate warehouse and transportation activities to optimize equipment, facilities, and personnel, ensuring daily performance targets are met or exceeded.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with ERP and Microsoft applications, and strong organizational and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience required.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Applications.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in coordination with Warehouse Manager.
• Control inventory for the shift and seek improvements.
• Plan routing for next-day delivery tickets.
• Determine staffing levels and workload.
• Ensure shift pulls and loads items for next-day delivery.
• Measure and report efficiency of warehousing activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and BradyPLUS procedures.
• Handle additional duties or special projects.
