Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily distribution center operations at our Oklahoma City site. This role directs warehouse and transportation activities to maximize equipment, facilities, and personnel use, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of warehouse experience, ERP and Microsoft App proficiency, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong organizational and customer service

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience required.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Applications.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Must be able to operate various pieces of equipment including forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
• Add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and perform these operations using units of U.S. money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Physical Requirements: regularly use hands, stand, walk, stoop/kneel/crouch, lift up to 10, 50, and >100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse inventory control for the shift and continually seeks out improvements or best practices.
• Responsible for routing for the next day's delivery tickets.
• Determines staffing levels and assigns workload.
• Ensures shift is pulling and loading items for the next day delivery.
• Measures and reports on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance to Warehouse Manager.
• Ensures compliance with State, Federal, and Industry policies and BradyPLUS procedures.
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned.
