The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to finish, with responsibilities including planning daily activities, forecasting needs, ensuring building conditions, and coaching staff to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in distribution.
• Knowledge of government regulations relating to warehouse operations.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Roadnet/Omnitracs experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse activities within shipping operations.
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet budgets.
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained.
• Identify safety hazards and correct them as necessary.
• Develop relationships with warehouse team and supply chain.
• Develop associates through training and coaching.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
