Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in distribution.
• Working knowledge of government regulations for warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations.
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet budgets.
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained.
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain.
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
